You will partner with the senior associates to ensure a smooth client journey. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations, has a "hands on" attitude, and is able to work with minimal or no supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships to help streamline the client experience
• Communicate with clients using chat, email, phone
• Assist clients with product related issues; escalate to relevant departments with any issues or technical questions that need further checks or resolutions
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to work and think outside-the-box
• Demonstrated proactive behavior and a "can do" attitude; highly motivated, goal-oriented self-starter
• Strong communications skills including ability to listen effectively to customers to gain understanding of client needs and ability to communicate information clearly and effectively
• Excellent level of Turkish language
• Good level of English language
• Previous customer service experience will be considered as a plus

• Setup of Blade/Storage systems
• Optimization and maintenance of Blade/Storage systems in high load/high availability environment
• Installation and configuration of SLES and Open SUSE Linux
• Monitoring of system performance and proactive system maintenance

Requirements

• Experience with HP C7000 series blade enclosures
• Experience with HP 3PAR series storage
• Understanding of different types of disk provisioning between blades and storage
• Experience (installation, networking and configuration) with SLES and Open SUSE Linux
